Once we receive your reservation form, liability waiver, and deposit, you will be sent a confirmation email. This will be followed by an Information Letter containing detailed instructions, including our contact details, meeting point, and departure time.
DEPOSIT:
A deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid prior to departure, and for certain special trips, at least 30 days before the start date.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing—email is preferred. For cancellations made more than 20 days prior to the trip’s start date, 80% of your deposit will be refunded. If the cancellation is made within 10 days of the trip (after full payment has been made), no refund will be issued. Please note that no partial refunds or credits will be provided for unused services. Refunds are not applicable during peak seasons (May–June, Christmas, and New Year).
PAYMENTS:
All prices are quoted in INR and are applicable for payments made via cash, upi or net banking. A 50% advance payment must be made within 7–10 days of finalizing the tour. Failure to make payment within this timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking without prior notice. For certain special tours, bookings may be required up to 2 months in advance of the departure date.
CANCELLED PROGRAMS:
If Orange Sky Tours cancels a group tour or expedition due to insufficient bookings, you will be issued a full refund of payments made. However, we are not liable for any additional costs incurred by participants while preparing for the trip. Additionally, no compensation will be provided for any injury, loss, expenses, or inconvenience—whether direct or indirect—that may arise from such a cancellation. Also, expenses related to visas, passports, vaccinations, flights, gear purchases, airport transfers, or airline taxes.
ROUTE CHANGES / POSTPONEMENT OR DELAY:
Orange Sky Tours reserves the right to alter the departure or conclusion dates of a tour, or to make route modifications, postponements, or delays—whether at the start or during the expedition—if required due to unfavorable weather conditions, snowfall, political restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will not be entitled to any refund (full or partial) or compensation for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or injury resulting from these changes.
